About us
HOLORUSHTCG is an online trading card store based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. We sell sealed product, singles and graded cards for Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Disney Lorcana, Riftbound, Gundam, Dragon Ball Super, Union Arena, Digimon and Star Wars Unlimited, and we ship to the United States and Canada.
How we handle sealed product
- Sealed product ships in the manufacturer's own shrink. We never open, search, weigh or reseal it.
- Every order is packed in a rigid outer carton with void fill, never in a bag or envelope, so boxes arrive with their corners intact.
- Graded cards ship in their original slab. You can check the certification number on the grader's website before you buy.
- Orders of $500 or more ship with adult signature required on delivery.
Shipping and returns
- Free shipping on every order to the US and Canada, with no minimum.
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, and every order ships with tracking.
- Unopened, factory-sealed items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described, we cover the return.
- Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before release.
The details are in our shipping policy and refund policy.
